Let them eat cake!

Here is a video of Cecily enjoying her first cake. Since we are heading down to Albany this weekend (the weekend of CJ's actual Birthday) we decided to celebrate a week earlier up here. Well.... Cecily came down with the flu on Friday night... a night we will probably spend most of our lives trying to forget. So... we had to call everyone and let them know that the party was canceled... which was sad. But the grandparents and the Aunts, Uncle and cousin (Genesis, Rebekah, Jimmy & Austin) all decided to brave the flu. And then I decided to let her brave the cake... upon later reflection this may not have been the best thing for her poor tummy... (especially since she has just started feeling better today-- Thursday!). At anyrate, she ate cake! Austin our resident photographer captured the moment for us all. Enjoy!
