Well, we hosted the Second Annual Penrose State Park Fun Run/Walk-- a Fundraiser for the youth ministry. Our goal was to raise $1000 and that is exactly the amount we raised. This year already went a lot better than last year, and we learned several things that we want to do better for next year. Despite the rain in the morning we had a really good turn out. It was a lot of work, but worth it! All the runners and walkers seemed to have a good time. Hopefully things will continue to improve next year! Thanks to all of you who prayed or participated or both!
